This form is for a student club — running or only being founded — that wants to work to the GSLK programme. It creates no account and no workspace: only an application that people read.

How this works

Four steps from application to access

Clubs get into the platform only once the founding members who run the programme confirm the application. Until that moment there is no organisation, no club page and no login — only a row in a queue.

You apply

You fill in this form. Nothing is created — the application joins the programme's queue, and a confirmation goes to the address you give.

The founding members consider it

They read what the club does and what it wants from the network. We promise no turnaround time; when there is a decision, we write.

Confirmed — then access

The moment it is confirmed, the club is created on the platform and the contact person receives a personal invitation valid for 14 days. Only that opens a login.

If the answer is no

We write the reason. It is not permanent: when things change, you can apply again.

This is visible only to programme administrators. We never show your address publicly and never pass it to anyone — we use it for this application and nothing else.
