What you are learning from, and how
Every gslk tool rests on a specific piece of work — from Sun Tzu and Marcus Aurelius to Graičiūnas on span of control and Ostrom on shared resources. They are collected here not so that you read them, but so that you know what to do with each one this week.
Leadership and character
How an organisation is built
You have the number. What is left is what to do with it, and the answer is almost never "work faster" — it is "group them".
Clubs rarely die from a mistake. They die because the outgoing president leaves with everything they knew and the new one starts from an empty drive. Beginning the handover in the last week is already too late.
A new board almost always starts by redoing things. Some of what it is redoing worked — nobody just said so out loud.
Clubs decay with nobody to blame. Power simply accumulates in one pair of hands until there is no one left who can say no.
One person has the social accounts, and when they go on Erasmus the club goes quiet. Trust has nothing to do with it. What is missing is an office.
