Nine boxes on a single sheet showing how an organisation creates value, how it delivers it, and what it lives on.

How it works

Five people in a room talk about 'our model' and each has something different in mind; nine agreed boxes on one sheet make the disagreement visible.

How value is createdPartners, activities, resources: the room, the name, volunteer hours.
How it reaches peopleProposition, relationships, channels. The segments differ: first-years, faculty, sponsors.
What holds it upMembership fees, faculty money, printing, catering and those same hours.
The canvas's nine boxes fit these three questions, and the filled sheet hands over a model you cannot explain in conversation.
